  • Automated/motorised door maintenance
  • Lightning protection maintenance
  • Response maintenance for building fabric components including: doors, windows, locks, shelving, furniture, partitions, ceilings and flooring
  • Plumbing works including maintenance, repair and operation of water, drainage and sewerage infrastructure and building systems

It was awarded on 1st March 2024 and runs to 28th February 2027.
